Nice enough hotel in a good location. Staff did a great job and were very welcoming. Did an excellent job at making you feel welcomed. Bathroom was a tad cramped and air conditioning / heating unit in the room was extremely loud (and meant the windows weren’t properly shut). Street noise quite loud.

Hotel room 122 looked a bit tired, v small bathroom and had a view of a brick wall but as we only stayed for one night as a base, was fine but nothing like picture. Excellent place to stay

We had a lovely trip. The staff were really pleasant - especially Jerian who was so helpful and friendly. The location is great for shops, restaurants and the tube. We had a king room on the ground floor which was spacious by London standards and had everything we needed.
