"Usually the go-to hotel chain. But this location getting a bit worn. Windows in both our rooms (tried two different ones) didn’t close properly. Blinds didn’t work in either room. Questionable cleanliness. Sticky bathroom floor. Dirty lounge couch. In the good side, Staff were very friendly "

Rainforest cafe neglected to put out a sign for private event during normal business hours leading to a alternate lunch location, major issue considering they run the arcade next door which was well funded while patrons waited to be told they were closed for a private event."

"My stay at Wingate by Wyndham Niagara Falls was decent. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Niagara Falls. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a nice bonus. Overall, a convenient and decent place to stay"
