I did not like that the charge for parking was not included in the online price. I would've have booked somewhere else. The staff at the concierge desk was rude about it. They just kept saying it was a third party that handles the parking and they have nothing to do with it. I am staying at their hotel with an adjoining parking lot that says The Stat parking lot. This is ridiculous.
