"This entire resort was amazing. Friendly sweet staff. Everything was clean and well maintained. Food was great. Poolside tacos were our favorite. "

"Could not beat the room view but everything else was just decent. Pictures & description online are deceitful. If it wasn't for the Concierge team i would have given a lower review. Buffet was small didnt even offer sausage or bacon for breakfast. Buffet Never open for dinner and take a bite never had food except some tiny pastries had to pay extra for Gelato. Ice machines broken no paper towels in public restrooms. The restaurants food was bland, service slow and food always luke warm. Umbrellas not available at beach only pool side. Resort was basic its as if they tried but missed the mark with everything "

"The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Food was delicious and fresh, both the buffet breakfast and restaurants. Pools were clean and didn’t smell like chlorine. The ocean views from the lobby and restaurants were fantastic! The only downside were the rocks in the water making it not safe to swim, but that’s the Pacific."

"Food was excellent I was really surprised. Especially food in portofino and oceana restaurants. Way too good. Rooms are a little old but the resort has a nice vibe. Only problem is beach is not swimmable. I did not get a good room (with a view), even after booking well in advance. I got the most corner room. Felt like the room was out of the restort and facing the other way."

"I have stayed at over 100 hotels in 6 years. This is your typical timeshare over promising under delivering horrible customer service (and food) I was here for emergency medical treatment and booked last minute. My husband had to join me unexpectedly and everything I was promised for doing their 3 hour time share presentation wasn’t delivered. When he arrived he paid 4 days for food. (We were already planning on leaving) mid day day 4 they locked him out of the room stating he didn’t pay. Next day I went to my medical treatment and he went and found other accommodations. (Paid another day for no reason because they locked us out again) housekeepers were great. Tipped them $20 each visit. Mgt extremely horrible. "
