"The staff made the resort for us! Our room was always clean and restocked. Trinidad our personal butler booked everything we needed and more. He started to help us after Deisi the restaurant manager Casa Cortez noticed our breakfast took a long time and came out incorrect. We didn’t complain or say anything she just saw this and reached out to Trinidad to make sure the rest of our stay was exceptional. We 100% would rate all of the staff a 10/10!"
