Had a wonderfull ambience.Lovely old hotel that has been refurbished to keep the history intact.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Was comfortable , room service was great and all staff made the stay that much more enjoyable. From the moment I got there Kumaran who greeted us until the day we left was always there to help. If I come back to KL I'd defo stay here again.
Situated right in the middle of Bukit Bintang shopping area. Entrance of MRT is right in front of hotel. However, toilet and room area is about the same size. If Room is bigger, it will be better.
Had my stay here in the pink themed room. It was cozy and nice! All the staff here are also very friendly and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday by them. Everything was great! The only downside will be the location is not that good as it seems dangerous to return to the hotel at night by foot. But ...
Love the location. Love the minimalistic design. Affordable. Parking space is a bit limited and tight.
Entrance and lobby is great, journey to room is interesting, it’s art gallery everywhere, great decor. Never seen hotel like this before. 10-15 mins walk to the main action in Bukit Bintang. Overall great hotel for this price.
value for money, great location. near jakel mall. new hotel and comfortable. clean also friendly staff. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. it's worth the money
The location is good but the entrance is direct to the car park and no clear signage to lobby. Hard to get Uber and Grab car service.
