The room was very comfortable and impeccably clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a good variety of options, although international choices were somewhat limited. "We had a great experience staying at Aloft Sentral. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options and good quality food – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The location is fantastic. Being connected to the shopping mall and having direct access to the monorail made getting around Kuala Lumpur incredibly easy and convenient. It’s a very central base, especially for first-time visitors. The staff were outstanding – super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The room and bathroom were both in great condition, clean, modern, and comfortable. Overall, this hotel offered excellent value and comfort, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting KL."

"Clean, roomy, great services. Right smack in Bukit Bintang and across from Pavilion Mall is a huge plus. Very convenient. We didn't pay for the breakfast buffet (Capitol Cafe near by got many breakfast options, cheaper than the buffet cost). Elevator delays sometime created headaches (which is odd, there are six available...). Overall, no issues for our 3 night stay. "
