The pool areas were a highlight—especially the lazy river at River Island, which feels more like a water park than a typical hotel pool. One downside was the lack of clear communication about activities at the pools and bars. There were events happening, but it wasn’t always obvious when or where. Better signage or schedules would help guests take full advantage. The restaurants and arcades were a nice bonus, though more information about deals or specials would have been helpful. The website was also pretty basic and not very user-friendly, and mobile food ordering would have been a great added convenience. Overall, it’s a fun, activity-packed resort. With better communication and a few tech upgrades, it could be even better."

"Overall the stay was good. But our suite was dirty. The floors were awful. Our feet were filthy from just walking. Gritty and dusty. We swept the floors, that took the top layer off but still dirty. The pools were nice, splash pad needs a fence. No breakfast options ."
