"The resort was in a great and safe location. We had the 3 bedroom with one king bed , 2 queens and the 3rd bedroom ended up being a whole other “condo attached to us , so we had 2 livings rooms , kitchens and laundry sets ! We will definitely stay again"

"I arrived from Disney parks with my two young daughters at 11 p.m. after a day of travel and parks, they told me that the room I had booked three weeks in advance was not available, the receptionist Michael , it was very rude , I did not solve with the reservation , I would like us to sleep in a king three or in a little comfortable sofa bed , finally gave us a room for the disabled and when we opened the sheets , there were bugs in the two beds . . it was very unpleasant"

"It was a safe place to sleep and walking distance to many dining and shopping opportunities. The pool was closed due to renovation. The laundry facility was out of service. There was a ketchup packet in the kids bunk bed and ketchup smeared on the bed itself upon arrival. The other half of he heavy curtain was missing so we had bright pool lights shining in our room all night. The breakfast ran out of protein and bread, was not refilled. Walls are paper thin so hopefully you don’t have loud guests next to you! The gift shop was nice, but no toiletries available on the property for us forgetful travelers who might need a toothbrush. Not somewhere I would stay again, but would recommend if you don’t plan on using amenities while visiting Orlando."
