Clean room, the only shining Stars on staff were Amir and Aaron. Other staff on phones or not at front desk. Hostess in tavern was rude. TV did not work, off and on entire stay. No room service available no free breakfast. Not very focused on in house guests. More concerned with tavern customers. Would be a BIG upgrade if you catered to your guests that are staying for Cancer institute patients.

"Love the hotel.. the vacation planners/salesmen are very pushy and unfortunately they are right by check in. The hotel doesn’t look the best from outside but on the inside it was perfect.
