"It took over a hour for the bus to come get us from the airport. The staff was rude. We had called the morning we were to arrival and specifically asked for a cot in our room and was told it wouldn’t be a problem until we got there and they refused to put the cot in our room and we were forced to purchase another room to accommodate all of us at a rate higher than I paid for the first room. I had asked for a discount because I had been given the wrong information but was told no. It really messed with our vacation as we had to use the money we planned to use for souvenirs for the room. "

"The property was old and run down. The staff was very un helpful. Things like food and something to drink was either not available or severely over priced. I would not look to stay here again"

"It is a lovely hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. And SO easy to get to and from the airport! My only complaint was we had a very early flight and our room was overlooking the outdoor pool - lots of kids. But otherwise I would definitely recommend!"

"Tried to check in at 12:45 told our room was ready but we would have to pay $25 early check in fee. Have stayed at 2 different Florida hotels while on this vacation and never had this happen.Actually checked in at 11 am at a prior hotel no problem. Why say you’re room is ready but you can’t check in with out paying $25 extra?"

"Nice looking beds but left rashes on us. Whatever they use to wash the sheets is way to harsh. After our stay, I went back and searched reviews and several have complained of the same thing. Front desk lady was super nice despite being very busy and over worked. Convenient and safe location 5 mins from airport. "

"The hotel told us at check in they were without water but would have it back within the hour. So we chose to continue to check in. Shortly after check in, we noticed they posted signs that said the hotel would be without water between 11pm-5am. We had to leave for the airport at 3:30am…the hotel said they would give us a discount on our rate. However they never followed through. Disappointed. "

"The hotel was very convenient for a one night stay at the airport (with a quick turnaround). Otherwise, it is very difficult to get to a from if you plan to do things off-site during your visit. I have to say the staff was friendly and kept the place very very clean!"

"Our state was amazing.The room was very comfortable.The beds were amazing. The hot tub was awesome and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very convenient for all of the area, lots of great shopping nearby."
