We were incredibly impressed with our stay ... from the friendliness and welcome at check-in to the breakfast which was very good - much, much better than most! The hotel itself as well as our room was very clean. The attentiveness at breakfast was beyond expectations - unnecessary but greatly appreciated! We travel often but have not stayed at Holiday Inn Expresses, but we will certainly be seeking them out based on this stay ... the bar was set high!

The staff, specifically Mrs. Farah, went above and beyond. Her customer service was exceptionally professional. The other staff we encountered was also as professional and welcoming. The location was very clean and open. It's right in the area of several attractions.
