"The staff was very nice, lazy river area was very large, the rooms are to update and were very clean. The only issue I had was the photos online, did not represent the room I actually had. For example there was no jacuzzi tub in the two room villa, even tho there was photos of it and listed as it did. There is ton of restaurants within 5 mins of the hotel and aleast to the Orlando Outlets it’s about 35ish mins with traffic. "

"arrived a little nervous, seeing previous reviews. BUT - staff was very nice, check in was so quick. Elevators. Little old and outdated, one smelled a little funny. 5th floor stay; room was pretty clean. TVs a little outdated, especially if you plan on hanging out in the room. We really just showered and slept there. Parking was nice, I was able to see our car from our room window. Breakfast could use some more variety. Like some fresh fruit would have been nice, or berries or something for the yogurt. The waffles were however delicious. Impressed by the vending machine on floor 5. It was nice to have a variety of snack options for purchase. The little gift shops was perfect in the hotel. Got the cutest little hat, and it was affordable. "
