Excellent wifi. Did video calls and didn’t have any issues at all. Great food at breakfast and dinner. Free soda and coffee. Free parking. Within 10-15 min walk to I-drive, although you do cross the interstate there’s traffic lights and crosswalks. Staff were pleasant, friendly and helpful. Across the road from supermarket.

Friendly staff and easy check in. Free coffee in reception. The hotel is modern, clean and fresh. The rooms were clean with plenty of sockets, towels and space. Handy fridge and coffee maker and ice machine in the hall by the lift. You can also buy snacks and drinks in the lobby and there is a microwave to heat things up if you need to.
I can’t fault this hotel. This was the second time we stayed there and it won’t be the last. Its location to Universal Studios is a bonus and it’s only a short...

We have stay at Grande Villas for a number of year (Previously part of the Diamond group). The facilities and amenities have always been excellent. Staff friendly and helpful.
The only thing I found disappointing was the car parking, It was hard to get a spot close to our building and on top of that they were charging for car parking. Starting to worry they are on a slippery slope of turning into a Ryan air holiday were you may have to start paying additional charges for something I feel should...

This was our third stay here and it is still a really good hotel with great facilities. Yes the walls are thin and you can literally hear everything going on around you but ear plugs do the trick. The Pier 8 dining is still as good as ever and park shuttles are brilliant. The loungers around the pool need a good clean now and a certain bartender needs to learn some bar etiquette on serving those at the bar first rather than the ones he knows and chats to. Several people walked away from the bar...

Very nice report complex, well situated half way between Disney and Universal and away from the business of the 2 resorts. We had a 2 bed apartment, which was very large and well equipped. Only issue was it was on the 3rd floor and there wasn’t an elevator.
