It was like an oasis of rest amidst busy roads and buildings nestled in the surrounding valleys of Kelowna.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. The rooms were very outdated and felt filthy with the carpet and cloth sofa. We also found the complimentary toiletries to already have been opened and used. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which was positive!
I liked having two entrances to my room . I could have dinner outside my door and also use the other door to enter hotel to access the pool. Easy unloading to my car. Great staff , i lost my backpack and 2 days later i asked staff and it was safe in the back !

Shower had low water pressure and went from cold to hot when taking a shower.
We were told there was security in the parking lot so felt safe enough to lock up bikes on a bike rack. Someone cut the chains, stole the bike and damaged the bike rack. When I told management, he wasn’t very sympathetic and told me that security could not be everywhere at once. I wasn’t expecting compensation for the bike or damages. Talked to someone who stayed there last year, and they mentioned that their truck was broken into last year as well. The hotel staff say there’s security but I never saw anyone patrolling the lot.
The Saturday morning we arrived at the pool at 7:10am, door was locked , lights off. Front desk responded promptly with apologies, we mentioned no towels and towels over flowing in the used bin. Another guest arrived at 7:20am mentioned no towels we left 7:45am and said we would remind front desk. No housekeeping for two days of our five day stay because we had to have our sign off the door and be out of the room by 9am! We didn't know that.
