We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

The location is absolutely fantastic, and getting around is very easy and convenient. What really makes this place special is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful and attentive, making you feel comfortable, welcome and safe throughout your stay. If there is ever an issue, they respond immediately and do their best to resolve it. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. Excellent hotel in every way.

This was a great little find, in a perfect location for enjoying kadikoy but still getting a quiet night’s sleep. It’s also just a block from the ferries for a trip over to the Europe side of the city. The hotel design is great, really nice features and a lovely roof terrace to relax with some music and a cup of tea. Breakfast was good, reception staff were nice, I’ll definitely be booking here next time.

I only stayed for one night before a flight the following day, but I had a really lovely stay. The room was compact but had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, with a very relaxed atmosphere.
