The staff were brilliant, always smile on their face and ensured our requirements were met. The guest relations worker Haleema couldn’t have done more for us, such lovely lady with beautiful smile and attitude towards the guests. I would definitely come back here again. I picked this hotel due to previous reviews and the closeness to some bars and istikal street and a train station.
On arrival we were lucky enough to get the top duplex which suited is for the extra size. Check in was very friendly and efficient. The staff even offered to arrange a tour for us along bosphorus river was a nice touch.
Complimentary water was also provided.
If i return to Istanbul i will definitely look to stay at The Story Pera again.
