"I stayed at the Intercontinental in Istanbul at least four times. I’ve always been happy with everything in the hotel. The reason I am not giving it full five stars is that some of the rooms are dated and need work, otherwise it is five star property! Particularly the staff at the reception desk. One of them, whose name I cannot recall, was very helpful in resolving an issue we had with our rooms! That’s important to me because in the event that something is wrong, and it happens in any hotel, what’s important is how promptly and efficiently the hotel is willing to deal with it, and in this hotel they always do!"

"This is my second time at this hotel when I say the reception team all staff at the door the restaurant are amazing and so helpful in every way, though out the day they do everything to make all guest happy, iv never been to a hotel and had treatment like this. If booking this hotel make sure to book with breakfast can’t be missed better then all breakfast from outside it caters for all need and allergies. Location is fantastic walking distance to Taksim square and all metro and busses "
