One of the best hotel stays I have had. The staff go above and beyond for all your needs and are super friendly. Special mention to the chef Ramazan who is probably the nicest and helpful person I've met on travels. The hotel is small but really clean and very close to the Aya Sofia and Topkapi. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants 10/10 hospitality but doesn't necessarily need a big room.

Amazing time. I've stayed in Istanbul many times, 1st time at this hotel. I was worried as having read the reviews a few people said that bedrooms are small. So what! Bedrooms aren't massive, but I'm not planning on throwing a party! The hotel is clean, staff are so nice and friendly especially Kadir at reception. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the hotel is amazing and so much detail into the design. Breakfast is nice, limited, but nice. Definitely will return ☺

We arrived at approx. 2am in the morning and were welcomed in. We were told that two of our rooms had been upgraded- free of charge! I have previously been to hotels where upon arriving you can be bombarded with information about cruists/tours/excursions etc. however we did not have this to deal with. The staff were extremely helpful offering us assistance everytime we required it. One of the things that we were initially worried was about was that we had a wheelchair user. All these worries...

Great hotel and excellent location. Staff are all extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast is mix of European and Turkish cuisine, which is very delicious. Hotel is close to many touristic attractions such as Sultanahmet, Blue Mosque, Ayasofia, Grand Bazaar and many other places. I would recommend to anyone who wants to have nice hotel with a reasonable price. We will stay in this hotel again.

Weekend break in Istanbul; Arrived in the early morning hours at the hotel and staff was extremely friendly. At breakfast (which is superb) someone sat down with us and explained Istanbul and the places to go/ how to get there. When leaving the staff ordered the taxi for us making sure that we will not be ripped off. - Best hotel staff ever dealt with!!!
