"A marvellous experience. Best hotel I have ever stayed in and I stayed in a number during my working life. Everything is beautiful and exceeds expectations. The hotel staff are outstanding - without exception. We had booked a panorama room, but were upgraded to an executive suite with amazing views of the Sea of Marmara. It was a very large and well appointed suite. While check-in is at 3.00pm we had access to the suite immediately after we arrived at around 9.30am. You could not have asked for...

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The location is great for old city tourist attractions. 10 minutes walk to grand bazaar. We used the tram for Bosphorus and Taksim area. The hotel room well equipped and serviced. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast caters for global guests.something for everybody. Coffee machines in high demand. My only complaint. We were at front on first floor. Street noise."

"The location was great as it was close to the Galata tower with plenty of stores for shopping and eating in walking distance. I would recommend to visit again as it is a nice location for walking distance to enjoy your stay."
