"First of all, checkinn was 2 pm. But we had to wait till 3pm because the room was not ready. No sorry nothing. The reception lady and the manager on duty didn't even greet properly. None of the days we were there. Imagine it's a small hotel and you have to past them every day. They just look at you.
The sink had a blockage, so the water didn't flow and there was a smell in the bathroom.
No separation between toilet and bath so the whole bathroom was full with water. On our 3rd day somebody was...

Everything about the hotel is great. The only thing I would say is be aware of the location. It's a 20 minute walk to the Dubai Mall which is fine if you are in good health and mobile. And if you want to use the metro system it's probably 45-60 minute walk to that. Dubai is very spread out so if you want to see The Palms, The Marina it's a 45-60 minute taxi ride. The free bus service offered by the hotel is great but only runs twice a day. Other than that the hotel is top notch.

This was my second time to Four Seasons, Dubai. Other than sprinkling rose petals to walk on, I am really not sure how this hotel could be improved. The building is immaculate, the staff are impeccable going above and beyond the call of duty to help at all times. Check in staff personally escort you to your room. This hotel had a very nice vibe and lovey atmosphere. The staff were very good and friendly and allowed me to check in early too. The pool area is very nice to chill. Many good restaurants and good shopping mall a few mins walk away. Also the metro is very close a 2 min walk away too. Use exit 4 at the metro for the hotel. They also have a airport shuttle, which unfortunately didn’t pick me up despite them telling they would at 15 past every hour. I wasted 45 mins waiting for it then had to...

I loved the cleanliness and attention to details in the hotel and rooms. The breakfast team was amazing and always catered to my Vegan diet but unfortunately, out of breakfast I couldn’t enjoy the other restaurants in the hotel because of the lack of Vegan options. The hotel itself and its facilities are beyond incredible in my opinion, just have more dietary options available for those of us who are Vegan!

This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers.
We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Our room was ready immediately so no waiting around until lunch time which is often the case in Dubai when you get the early flight in.
