Website should be described as such. -The location of the hotel is situated in a nice part of mumbai along the beach, however the customer service given needs to match for it to be a 5*. -Staff is slow on responding to requests. "Highly recommend this hotel. The staff are just wonderful, courteous and very helpful. They upgraded us to the ocean view room. They even provided an extra rolling bed. They provided 2 large bottles of water everyday and more if needed (don’t drink tap water!). There is a in-house Travel representative who is very helpful with arranging private drivers. For short distances use the rickshaw…quite the experience! Hotel restaurant service is good. Surrounding area-Easy access to the Juhu beach...

"I had a rocky start with the staff who asked me to cancel my reservation as they couldn’t have my room ready on the day of check-in. To their credit, they willingly listened to my plea and gave me a human customer service. I was grateful for their service by the end of my stay as they went the extra mile to make up for the non-functional room. Restaurant was excellent, staff was wonderful. I highly recommend this place and hope they keep treating customers as human beings. Kudos to the staff...
