"They message with easy to follow directions for getting the shuttle from JFK. Shuttle driver was nice and the ride was smooth. The room was your average hotel room for this price and the bed was super comfy. But, the rooms were loud. You can hear everything going on outside, heels clicking down the hallways, etc. So if you are a light sleeper keep that in mind. The other thing is, if you are looking at staying here because it pulled up on the list for hotels with a shuttle near Laguardia or were looking for a place between the two (my unusual circumstance this trip) know that they only provide a shuttle to JFK. You will have to get a ride share or taxi to Laguardia. "
