"Room was decent, not spectacular, but good price, and half a block from the Metro..FREE PARKING! TV has many channels/ choices. Pool was super clean! And they did have outdoor smoking areas. Overall, very good place to stay. Close to everything by Metro ( only 2 stops to downtown Hollywood/ Walk of Stars). Would definitely stay there again, the price and location can't be beat."

"Hotels.com did not pay the $ I gave them for my room days in advance until the day I was going so the link the Rosemary sent me to send my id did not work when I got their email which caused me a lot of confusion. I called the Rosemary to get the right info of when to fill out their form. Also when I came to the hotel late at night I would of appreciated it if there was a light over the keypad."

"The line to check in was incredibly long. My kids and I waited about 35 minutes just to get checked in. After finally receiving our room and going upstairs, we discovered that the hot water was not working, the toilet would not flush, and the phone in the room was also not working. I then had to go back downstairs and wait in the long line all over again just to get the room changed. What was most disappointing was that there was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience or make the situation better for my family. Instead of offering an upgrade or any type of accommodation, we were simply moved to another similar room. I understand that issues can happen, but I expected more effort to help make things right, especially considering the inconvenience and the fact that I was there with my children."

"Nice place close to lots of coffee shops, food, and shopping around Silver Lake to explore. Hotel does the job. Room gets a little warm without AC. Room cards kept losing access to room but easy to replace with staff. Otherwise, a great stay!"
