"The front desk associate was friendly and efficient. The property was clean. The only complaint I have was that our toilet didn’t flush. We didn’t have time to burn putting in a maintenance request so we just had to use the facilities elsewhere."

"It's a little non-traditional with the remote check-in, parking, etc. but it all works if you read what they send to you. The room felt like someone's apartment, and there is no signage on the building so you kinda have to know where you're going. But the underground parking felt secure, the room was comfortable, and the location is great. (On that note, people warned me about the location, but it seems Netflix has cleaned up that section of Sunset in a big way. We walked to the Palladium, and never felt unsafe.)"
