Hotel is located in a very beautiful place. Night life, restaurants and so much more. And the staff are amazing. Concierge service was exceptional. We are very happy, we stayed at W Istanbul.

The room had a swear smell. Disgusting ! They changed our room and again the new room had the same smell. The carpets were old and smelly. Will not stay at the W Istanbul again !!

The room felt like it needed a refresh. The shower had mould on the tile joins etc. In room entertainment was poor, tv only had one channel. Other hotels in this price range would have a means to watch Netflix etc
