Amiral Palace Hotel is a must for anybody visiting Istanbul. The property is located in the old town of Istanbul and is walking distance from the major sites of Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. The hotel has undergone a recent refurb and is the only hotel on the stretch to have a swimming pool and sauna facilities. It boasts a rooftop terrace and has its own renowned chef Mrs. Esra Tonelli who won Mastercook. The hotel staff are extremely friendly and are so helpful. Overall an...

We stayed for a week as a special birthday treat, and we couldnโt have hoped for better treatment. From the front desk reception to the housekeepers to the restaurant team, everyone was friendly, welcoming and apparently committed to customer service. Our room was on a corner on the eleventh floor, so we had a great view and a lovely balcony. It was a pleasure to return to the room at the end of each day. Itโs expensive, particularly as prices are charged in Euros, but worth it.

Very central for tourist sites. Very helpful friendly staff but not fawning or pushy.
Room and hotel very new and clean. Good breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere.
Perfect for tourists not wanting the big expensive dressing up hotel restaurant/bar experience but still looking for something stylish and modern. Thought very good value and strongly recommend.
Booked independant Airport Shuttle Bus service through Expedia (not to do with hotel) for just over ยฃ30 and they did not turn up at airport so...

I'd gifted myself a quiet weekend visit to the Hagia Sophia, and chose to stay at the Royan Hotel due to its ratings and its proximity to the site.
The hotel made contact before I arrived offering any assistance I needed, and agreed to the request I made.
Its exceptional customer service continued as the reception staff settled me into my room - with a lovely view of the Bosphorus and the Asian side.
I didn't mind getting lost around the floors and buildings that the hotel is spread over,...

Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.

Amazing staff from front desk to house keeping, they offered us some cake for our honey moon and chocolate, very clean and all amenities are provided. Breakfast is okey not a 5 stars breakfast, tried Barcelรณ rรฉpublique which is much better. Housekeeping team are lovely but they should be quiet in the corridors mostly for guests that want to oversleep.
