This hotel is in transition-you can tell the old management didn't do much upkeep or investment, so there are things broken, things missing, etc. The good news is that the Motel 6 people that just took over seem really interested in fixing everything and getting it in order. The office staff is friendly and helpful.Overall, quiet, clean, and a no-frills place to stay.

Great room, great price.

Solid hotel room. The full size fridge was a plus since I am staying in the area for 3 months. Weekly rate was fair. I will probably be back after I explore the plantations a bit.

You get what you pay for

I guess the phrase is "you get what you pay for" I can see why the rate was this cheap. I was not expecting a 5 star hotel but I did expect a better experience. Overall I had an ok experience, fortunately I did not stay in my room for too long since I had business to attend to, but cleanliness was sub par. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall... And a stagnant foul smell lingered during the night.

The room was clean, but we killed 12 roaches while we were there for 3 nights. One was crawling on me. I am disappointed, because I didn't expect that. We have stayed there before with no problems.

This place is horrible. I understand that its a 40.00 room. Which i should've known better than to book. I at least expected cleanliness. My fiance was in town working so i grabbed a room to relax in while he was at work and this was the worst mistake ever. I didnt feel safe there alone so i stayed for a few hours and just decided to sleep in the parking lot of his job while he worked. I wouldnt recommend this to anyone!!!!

I’ve stayed here before. It’s pretty basic but it’s clean and for the price well worth it. Some unsavory people but at this price point that’s any hotel.

The attendant lack behavior

It was terrible! the attendant clerk was terrible lady, when i complained about the flood and the entrance of my room, she didn't show any concern. She said it was raining day. I was highly disappointed, even the room was horrible with smoking odor.

You get what you pay for.

The room smelled strongly of marijuana. All the smoke detectors were on the cabinet and the air conditioner barely kept the room cool. Alot of sketchy people hanging out in parking lot.

Staff seemed friendly. Definitely some “less than desirable” people living there long term. Ok for one or two nights, but not a place for kids. Lots of drug activity. Also there is no coffee available in the rooms. You have to go in the morning to the lobby to get any.

When I booked, I wasn’t expecting much, I have worked in the hospitality industry for 15+ years. At check in , the desk clerk was So welcoming friendly and helpful, the property was exceptionally clean, very well maintained. And nicely decorated. I was very impressed. I will definitely recommend this place
