"I loved the customer service and the amenities that were offered! The hotel staff were always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! The views are somewhat blocked by new hotel construction, so that could be a problem for some people. I think a microwave be a nice addition."

"Our truck would not fit in the garage ( over 7ft). We were able to park in the hotel lot! Very, very helpful! Thank you!"

"We stayed 4 days at the Restoration and I can honestly say everyone on staff was polite and very accommodating! The room we had, had a full size refrigerator with kitchenette. Very spacious. Every morning we were greeted with a basket of goodies for breakfast example yogurt granola fresh fruit and a croissant was first morning! It was so nice since we had just made it in from a long drive night before. The fridge was stocked with sparking water, soda, fruit juice. Rooms were sound proof only way you knew someone else was there you met them in the elevator. Floor access with key only which was nice safety feature if traveling alone. Roof top restaurant which was nice when you spent day out and wanted to relax and enjoy the view but take elevator back to your cozy room for a great night sleep! Very convenient to king street for shopping and just a short walk to market street. I would HIGHLY recommend The Restoration as a place to stay!! Carrie and Kevin "

"Our room was nice, the property was clean ... but there doesn't seem to be a set time when they clean rooms, so being there for a week our room was cleaned twice. Also, and this isn't under the hotel's control, but people were very comfortable with conversing very loudly out in the hall late at night, so weekends could be rough if you want a quiet stay. Otherwise, great experience and Lenoir (the restaurant) was fantastic."
