Such a nice location and super clean and well kept property. Hotel was pretty loud at night and could hear people coming up and down the halls after midnight. Very kid friendly but would recommend Boardwalk Inn for adults-only trip.

The property was lovely with great walking trails and dining options. Access to the beach and pools was so easy. I loved the ease of the quick boardwalk access to the beach, Beachside cafe, chair rentals, restrooms, towels, etc. You only need to bring your hat, book & sunblock. So relaxing!

We were booked into an ADA room, which we did not request (I suspect Expedia is mostly to blame for that). The bedsheet was torn when we arrived, and we had to ask to have the room cleaned. The resort itself was very nice, but if we return, will definitely book directly with the hotel, not through Expedia.

We definitely enjoyed our time at the Boardwalk Inn. The rooms could stand an update, but they were clean and perfectly fine for our time there. Specifically the TV - needs streaming capabilities and casting capability to keep up with the times. We loved the option to text guest services when there was a quick question. Great perk and well managed with quick response times.

Upon check in to the main property at Sweetgrass, I was told I was staying at the older/original property at the Boardwalk which was a distance with luggage. The property was fine but the service was limited and the dining options closed early. The staff was not very friendly. Overall, a bit disappointing for the high price. Totally enjoyed IOP however.
