I would have given it 5 stars but the balacony doors were sealed shut and I really wanted to chuck pumpkins off the balcony. Other than that, Amazing stay!!

Tired looking facility in need of updates. No ice in any ice machines; only one elevator was in service, making for long delays getting anywhere (we were on the 9th floor); our room door wouldn’t open despite numerous key exchanges; heat would not work. Maintenance man was very prompt to arrive and fix the heat, but could not fix the door (no parts available). On the plus side, the bed was very comfortable and we had a nice view.
