"Terrific location-able to walk to almost all activities/sites. Valet parking was expensive but very responsive; never had to wait long for car. Hotel room was charming; enjoyed having a record player and a selection of records to play. Snack bar by elevators provided fresh fruit, coffee, tea, sparkling water 24 hours a day. Delicious brownie placed in room daily. Issue with nighttime noise from live music from wedding receptions right below our windows two nights in a row, but management handled it quickly and professionally. Pricey hotel but many nice features."

"Room was small but well appointed and had a very nice newly renovated bathroom. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Assortment of pastries and the selection of egg dishes is changed up every day."

"The hotel itself is very nice. Very cool vibe. Close to everything. Very clean. French style breakfast hangs from your door every morning. The muffins on our first day were actually wet. Not moist as in baked, wet. Unfortunately the staff is hard to deal with. We arrived a little early due to flight and had to wait for our room. We expected that but the delay was horrible. We had winter clothes on, had been up flying since 5am and had not eaten. I know that's not there problem but they showed absolutely not concern. I asked 3 different staff members after the wait was getting really long and each one said they would check with housekeeping but no one got back to us. Finally I asked a young blonde woman for assistance and she got us in our room right away. I have no idea why the others "disappeared ". Every time we would return to the hotel there was no one to speak with or the original gentleman we dealt with would take off. Like he didn't want to deal with any issues. Housekeeping was awesome. We liked the hotel a lot, not so much the staff. Sorry but won't stay there again. Thats too bad. Its a cool hotel."

"Clean room and really friendly staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again in the future. If I had to mention one downside, it would be the breakfast. There weren’t many options, but overall it was still okay."
