"Great location right in the middle of everything and on the famous King street!! Beds were so comfortable and the staff was incredible. Only reason not 5 stars is because the double-bed room had the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in my life. Toilet paper was literally under the pedestal sink and reachable from the toilet. Zero counter space. If you don’t care about that and that is can get slightly noisy outside at night, this is your place! Amazingly priced as well."

"Stayed 4 nights at this location. The room, staff, hotel and amenities all were great. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and breakfast was awesome. I also thoroughly enjoyed the location; as the hotel is conveniently located between the airport ($10 UBER), outlets ($8 UBER) and eateries. I plan to stay at Tru again on my next visit!"

"I honestly never write bad reviews but this place was awful espicailly for the price. rooms were dirty had to change rooms three times before I just gave up. Bathtubs were a mess and chipped everywhere the carpet was filthy. They overcharged me on parking twice breakfast was weak. Very dirty rooms and extremly overpriced."

"I was assigned a handicapped room for unknown reasons. I had initially told the hotel that I needed a ground floor room because I was bringing two dogs but my plans changed when I found birding for the dogs and I called the hotel and told them I didn't need a ground floor room after all because I won't bringing pets. The room was not well appointed, the shower drained out onto the bathroom floor because there was wheelchair access to the shower. I did not like the way the room was decorated. The open floor space was not people friendly, it was not furnished to my expectations. I didn't complain because we'd been boating all day and had traveled over 50 miles by water. We were exhausted. Other than the room not being suitable for able-bodied residents everything else was good. The breakfast didn't have any fresh fruit except for bananas and apples. I was hoping for fresh cantaloupe and watermelon on Mother's Day Sunday."
