"The staff, specifically Leoncio was so amazing to see every morning he was such a positive friendly person. All the staff was amazing. We only had an issue one evening when we went into the sports bar. The staff were very rude and were talking about us in front of us. We didn’t visit the sports bar again. Overall a great experience."

"We were a family of 5, we had an amazing 2 bedroom with a living room, 3 bathroom. We loved the rooms, one of our balconies was directly on the beach which was so nice to sit at night. The resort had so many pools to keep you busy with which we had no issues finding things to do. Even had basketball court and gym which we used. We did have a few minor issues with one of the toilets when we arrived but the staff were able to fix everything. The rooms were nice and cold which helps. The only cons I would say is the steakhouse was always closed, even when asked staff that day and they said it would be open. The breakfast was only good at the the one buffet if your a club member think its called kalidascope. The other buffet was very limited on variety of foods. Staff were very friendly. We didn't have to much issue with loud music at night time except when they had a party near the beach."
