"Clean rooms, grounds are beautiful. Food is just okay. Drinks are very good. Pool and beach area absolutely stunning. However no direct drink/food service at the beach. Buffet food is basic. Only good restaurants are the steakhouse and Japanese. Must make restaurant reservations the night before. "

"Our recent stay at Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya Resort & Spa was a bit disappointing. It feels like this property may have once been a true five-star resort, but currently, it falls closer to a low four-star experience. The staff were a mix—some were genuinely kind and pleasant, but overall, many didn’t come across as warm or welcoming. At times, it felt like interactions were transactional rather than hospitable, which took away from the overall experience. Cleanliness is an area that clearly needs improvement. I personally observed tables being “cleaned” by simply removing dishes without wiping them down—leaving surfaces sticky and not properly reset for the next guests. That was concerning. As for the room, we stayed in a family suite, and it felt very outdated—more like a motel than a resort. Maintenance was also an issue, as we had to call for plumbing assistance almost daily, which was frustrating. The food was average overall. The buffet options were mediocre, but the à la carte restaurants were noticeably better and more enjoyable. Overall, while there are some positives, the resort needs improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and service consistency to live up to its potential."

"I stayed at Serenade All Suites and while the room was nice and comfortable, my overall experience was mixed. The food was average and not quite what I expected for a resort in Punta Cana. The overall atmosphere felt somewhat inconsistent, and at times the service didn’t feel as engaging as expected. On the beach, there were frequent offers for massages and tours, which could take away from the relaxed beach experience. I really enjoy Punta Cana as a destination, but I would likely choose a different resort if I return."
