"Accessible room was spacious and seated shower was great. Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5pm but we were given complimentary drinks and snacks. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, particularly at breakfast. Parking was convenient and we weren't charged. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again "

"This was our 3rd visit to the Worsley hotel whilst visiting family in the UK. The hotel is nice, but the rooms are a bit in need of an upgrade. The bathrooms could use better quality towels and new granite. The current countertop looks old and worn out like an older motel, not a 4 star hotel. The bedding is minimal and when I asked for a blanket was told they only had duvets. I was really looking for something for comfort but the thin bedding was minimal and not cozy at all. The staff is always welcoming and the restaurant provides a great full English breakfast with all the trimmings. The grounds are lovely even if we aren't golfers."

"This was a nice hotel, clean, with a smart reception and breakfast area. The breakfast was really nice, lots of options, continental, cooked, cereal, fruit, muffins etc. The staff were very helpful when I needed dairy free options. It was very helpful for us that dogs are accepted, although the fee of £25seemed a bit steep - this was for the deep clean needed afterwards, which is good that they do that. All in all, we wer pleased and would stay again - a good price too."

"We were given a room in the courtyard area no43, It was small for 2 people It smelled musty and damp The wallpaper on the outside wall was blistered.One end of the radiator, the thermostat end, was tied to the wall with a plastic tie wrap.The window was to high to reach to open There is no lift in the main part of the house or the Courtyard rooms.No43 is on the ground floor"

"We normally come all the time and it is a lovely place to be and staff are amazing and lovely. But this stay was our worst one yet. There was bugs all over our bed. Stains all over the carpet and the room had a foul smell to it like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. "

"Plenty of parking and easy to validate. Staff were friendly and easy check in and out although staff appearance was somewhat dishevelled. Shower would not regulate it's temperature and was either freezing cold or boiling hot. It was clean although not immaculate with bathroom fixtures wearing and loose bedroom socket. Comfortable bed and plenty of space. "
