First-time stay and genuinely impressed. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, and the amenities exceeded expectations. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Parking was easy and reasonably priced, which made the stay even more convenient. The location was ideal too—close to the tram and great shopping at the Trafford Centre . Overall, a fantastic experience and would happily return.

The staff are always friendly and helpful here. Breakfast is good. Room was quiet but I would suggest carpets etc ready for a deep clean. linen, towels, etc, all fine. Didn't eat except breakfast. Close to Trafford Centre with lots of options.

The hotel is convenient for business in the area. It has a decent size car park. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Breakfast is much better quality than most hotels this price. My room had stains on the carpet I’m hoping were spilled coffee. I had some minor issues with the heating in the room but this was resolved. Overall good and I would certainly use this hotel again when in the area for business again

Simple overnight stay at the hotel, but it is clean and tidy, staff were very pleasant, room spacious and clean, shower was amazing! Breakfast left a lot to be desired, but made a simple breakfast bun and was done. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again
