"Breakfast buffet was underwhelming. The towel checkout process felt like we were in second grade being handed some crayons that we might lose or break. The pool chair that sit in the water supposedly have a sun shade mechanism, which didn't work and came crashing down on my head. Overall, just didn't feel as special as it has in years past...."
