"The pool was closed after there was no longer a reason for it to be. Check-in took a very long time, and even then, I wasn’t checked in successfully, so other guests got access to my room and my keycard got deactivated. "Great property, beautiful pool, areas of the complex were empty. - Just hope they do not put you next to an area that is under construction. Checked in for three nights. Literally next to construction happening between 9 and 5 am. Not just banging, but pretty much non-stop hammer drilling the entire day. When asked for a chance to move, was told nothing is available. "Nice looking hotel and clean. Gym is good. Service is generally good. Valet staff was 7/10 and timing turn down service is very inconsistent otherwise would have been excellent. Transportation to and from hotel is challenging if you don’t have a car. Overall very good hotel "
