"Wow!! What a great stay! We ran into Adrien Cuenin, the head of Food and Beverage and he was simply amazing. He made sure our service throughout our visit was impeccable. A true professional and credit to the operation. That made the difference. From the Canoe House 5 star dining to the beachside service, every single interaction was friendly, fast and helpful. "We had a wonderful stay! The grounds are absolutely beautiful, we never had an issue finding chairs at the pool, loved snorkeling in the cove, and enjoyed seeing the sea turtles every morning while drinking our coffee. All of the staff members were friendly and helpful. The only downside is the food wasn’t as tasty as we hoped it’d be however, having the shuttle service came in handy so we could try other restaurants nearby. "

"Very family friendly! We loved being able to walk to beach and explore or hang out by one many different pools. Service was overall pretty great with exception of one breakfast server. Didn’t distract from a fabulous time on the property! P.S. We loved the Ohana Lounge for our last day. After we checked out we could hang out by the pool and had a place to shower before driving to airport for a red-eye flight. "

"This is an iconic and gorgeous property, the staff are incredible and it is right on the beach which is rare. That said- spring for an ocean view room. We didn’t see any reviews saying otherwise and we regret it. It was so. Noisy. Do not get a city view room for this reason if you wish to sleep. That and unfortunately the balcony’s were all under construction- this was super disappointing and could’ve been disclosed better prior to our stay. "

"Everything went well staff was excellent. Although it took the Ikena restaurant to so long to get our pancakes from the kitchen we left without having breakfast. Also connecting to the cable on the TV was very problematic. Dining at the Olivine was sublime :)"
