"Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. "Stayed here last year and was excellent! This year was not quite as good. Did not get the room we thought we booked. When a description says deluxe ocean view, you think you are getting on the ocean or 1-2 rooms down side of building.from ocean. Our room was 4 from the ocean and on 2nd floor directly above the pool so could not hear waves but heard the water regenerating from the pool. I think that should be better described in the room description. Also, the hotel is under renovation so even being on the 2nd floor (they were working on the 12th floor) you can hear what sounds like jack hammers all the way down to the second floor 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday."
