The shower was the best part of the room. The floor tiles appear old and makes the room feel dirty. It would have been nice to not have the trash containers right outside our door. The front desk staff and concierge were very friendly.

Overall it was a very nice stay. I would say that the walls (we stayed in Banyan) should be cleaned of mold and stairs and walkways need to be swept.

We checked to have two queen beds, and only ended up with one. The employee named Dana said that it was just a "request" not a "reservation." We asked to switch rooms, even later on in the week, but she wanted to continue to argue with us and tell us we didn't have that reservation, even though I had even called the hotel prior to our arrival. to confirm. We got several surveys from management, but no one ever responded to our dissatisfaction. I ended up having to sleep in a pullout bed with thin mattress the week, and threw my back out. Not the kind of service I was expecting from a high-rated resort. Also, there is only one dining option with a limited menu, and the Wi-Fi and phone service did not work in our room. We were told to use our neighbor's Wi-Fi, which also didn't work, or walk down to the lobby each time we needed it. On the flip side, it was quiet and beautiful, and the other employees we encountered were friendly. Convenient to take the trolley down to Whaler's Village for better dining options.

Overall 3/5 rating for this resort. We booked two rooms. One of the rooms had nice finishes and was well kept. The other room did not have the greatest air conditioning, there were cracked tiles and damaged flooring, and wasnt as well maintained overall. The staff at the resort wasnt the friendliest but we wwre able to manage and navigate around. The best part about the resort is the beach access.it was absolutely beautiful. Cant say with absolute confidence that I would book a stay here again.

The pool was great, and the beach was not too crowded and super close by. The only draw back is that there is not a convenience store on the property. If you need something you’d have to walk to the Westin or the other resort. A 10-15 min walk, so honestly not bad.. but just inconvenient. Not the end of the world, though. The beds were extremely comfortable and I appreciated the full fridge and microwave situation!! The front desk staff are so friendly and provide a lot of information. We didn’t use the concierge service because we wanted a more chill laid back experience, BUT, I absolutely loved how she called our room to let us know what she could help with. That was a really lovely touch. If we were up for a more active vacation we would have taken her up on that. All and all, a wonderful resort, with good people working there. The people make the experience ✨

Rooms are dated but somewhat met expectations for price we paid. No bottled water in room which quick frankly would make a huge difference. No maid service for short term stay. Not wise to accidentally leave any items as they did not accommodate mailing items back. Literally told me to get a quote when I inquired about a price. Would pass in the future.
