"Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. "The staff was extremely professional and courteous family friendly atmosphere. The room we received was not an upgrade room but we choose to keep it because of the extra twin bed which was much needed being that it was 5 of us. The beds were a little uncomfortable but comfortable enough to sleep after a busy day."

"I specifically seemed out a place with air conditioning, however the only thing or place that had air conditioning on the property was the rooms , in which barely worked. Everything is so spread out and not as advertised on the platform in which Expedia said. They also need to offer more areas for smokers instead of having to walk almost all the way across the property for a single spot"

"The hotel amenities were nice; however, the hotel was not that clean. For two days, we saw the same dirty spot on the floor (it looked like a dried drink), and it wasn’t until the day before we departed that they finally mopped the floors. We also saw a few roaches inside the room. They told us that this is normal in Maui, but for a hotel that charges over $1,000 a night, you expect a higher standard of cleanliness. Other than that, the hotel is located in a very nice spot, and the amenities were amazing, especially the Grotto Bar."
