Accommodation was great. The only thing I was disappointed about is that room service is not everyday but every other day. Since I was going to beach and pool every day, all my towels got dirty fast and sand everywhere till room service came. Other then that, everything was great. Aloha!

Loved our view of the beach! Our room was comfortable and perfect for the two of us. The cleaning service was accommodating and quick to respond when we needed anything.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we were disappointed with our room. Room: We booked an ocean view queen double room, the bathroom was tiny and the furniture was a bit dated. The bathroom was dirty and dusty, hairs were everywhere - on the walls, countertop and bath tub. The towels were dirty and stained, I used my t shirt to dry myself. The carpet in the room was also dirty. Service: Disappointed with the service. We didn’t feel appreciated and we had to argue with front desk a few times. We had to suggest moving rooms and to get housekeeping to clean our bathroom twice. Even then it wasn’t clean, we had to point out the hairs to them. We expected a better service and nicer, clean rooms which we didn’t get with this 5 star resort. Location: The location was perfect. Walkable to lots of nice restaurants and food markets. The beach is right across from the hotel. It’s a shame, as the communal areas were really nice. The rooms just didn’t match up to the rest of the hotel. Sadly, we would not recommend this hotel.
