Wonderful return experience! Had a horrible day with flight issues and ended up having to extend my stay in town. Booked a room at the alwager which I had been to previously. After telling the front desk of my woes, I was greeted with complementary cocktails, cookies, and such friendly, caring service. They upgraded my room to fall ocean view, and I spent the night watching the beautiful manta rays glide around in the cove! Beautiful stay!

It was under construction, pools were closed. The rooms don’t look like what they show on line, they are very outdated. The shower tub was flaking. There was water damage in our room with something that looked like mold. I asked for a room change. The breakfast buffet is overpriced for what they have, I wouldn’t recommend it.

property location was perfect. check in experience was worst (not directed to amenities and facilities, no explanation whatsoever) its not even busy. cafe receptionist needs more training on customer service. check out lady and process was quick.
