"No coffee available after 9:00 am Written sheet in the room stated coffee maker available for rooms, but when requested - none were available. Clean room, very friendly staff, everyone helpful. One elevator being serviced during our stay, but really did not impact us. The only elevator was pretty quick. Room on check in had stairs to get to it. Our room was changed without any issue when I requested a more “accessible” room."

"Our check in was incredible. We got to check in early, we requested an upgrade and were given a room that was available. They left us a gift in our room for our Babymoon. The staff were exceedingly friendly at every level, and the room servicing was efficient and amazing. We had a wonderful spa day during our stay and our only note there is that it’s only missing a cold plunge. Food was amazing at Brown’s and the breakfast buffet is really good as well as the happy hour —shoutout to Christian at the bar who made us a custom drink and wrote it down so we could request it even when he wasn’t on shift. Great snorkeling with complimentary equipment for 1 hour (which is more than enough to see all the amazing fish, coral, and sea turtles). Very family friendly and we can’t wait to come back with our kids."

"This hotel has clean rooms. The outside grounds were beautiful. The walls are a little thin, so you could hear if people were being loud. Overall, the hotel was quiet so it did not bother us much. "

"Great place to stay with family! The villas are very spacious and the grounds are well kept. Take a stroll along the scenic botanical pathway and watch the sunset! Note that housekeeping is every 10 days, there are washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the unit. I would recommend to family and friends. "
