There are no stairs for rooms on the upper level. We could hear people outside of our room passing by and talking and going up the stairs with their luggage. Hard to fall asleep with the noise. "

"The pool was closed after there was no longer a reason for it to be. Check-in took a very long time, and even then, I wasn’t checked in successfully, so other guests got access to my room and my keycard got deactivated. "Nice looking hotel and clean. Gym is good. Service is generally good. Valet staff was 7/10 and timing turn down service is very inconsistent otherwise would have been excellent. Transportation to and from hotel is challenging if you don’t have a car. Overall very good hotel "
