"Pool was nice but not open too late, it was pretty cold as well. We checked in at 530 and our room was not ready yet even though we were passed the 4pm check in time. The staff was less than kind or helpful and basically just said it is what it is, we don’t have a room ready. They did “upgrade” us to a partial ocean view room.. over all the stay was fine but checking in after a long flight was frustrating not having a room ready for 30/40 min.. "

"Excellent condo-like home (LR, dining area, full kitchen, laundry, large bedroom and two bathrooms). 18 two story buildings a bit packed together. Pools, fitness center, play areas. A bit far from nearest beaches. Generous parking. Not inexpensive but, for us, well worth the cost."

"We loved staying here for the convenient location near U Hawaii Hilo and all the Hilo sites. It’s a great walk around Banyan Dr and the park in the morning. And there is plenty of shade for pool time later in the day once beach time is done. It’s only 7 min drive to the main shopping and dining in Hilo. Great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff!"
