"Stayed the night after meeting my brother who was in town for a meeting. I was previously interested in staying here. Less than impressed but it was mostly just ok. Did hang out by the pool bar and swam after dinner. Check in, the agent seemed confused because there were 2 reservations under the same name (me and my brother). Cleared that up. "This hotel is getting a little tired. We couldn’t use our balcony or the outside lounge because of bird crap on the chairs. It is in the landing pattern for Scottsdale Air Park so there is constant air traffic overhead. I don’t know why there were so many people flying in to Scottsdale at 5:00 am! The staff was super nice and accommodating. It is very clean and smells amazing, I was just a little disappointed that it wasn’t a little nicer for the area it is in. "
