Amazing hotel

Excellent hotel. Room clean & comfortable. Staff helpful & friendly. Fabulous breakfast. Nice bar for cocktails and bar snacks. Hotel in good position for sight seeing and walking along Marine Drive. Would throughly recommend.

LOVED Everything - Location (central & sea views), Staff, Service, Rooms (Spacious, Clean & didn’t have the humid/mouldy smell like other hotels in the city), Food (Restaurant & In Room Dining staff go out of their way to ensure your food experience is great!). Rooftop bar & lounge is a great option. Spa staff & Therapists were great & professional too - treatment was amazing. Will definitely be recommending & back if i can!🙏

Best place to stay in Mumbai

Fantastic hotel, the staff tries to do everything to make the guest feel comfortable. Could provide transportation to and from the airport, without being an additional cost.

Liked: Cleanness, Staff friendliness, breakfast presentation Didn't like: Wi-Fi was down for almost all day, cookies that should have been in my room every day showed a day before my checkout. Smell within the corridor at my floor.

A little Oasis in the centre of town. Small. Budget. Location excellent for access to the Harbour and the Western lines if you're on foot. The intersection outside doubles as a taxi rank if you're not. Inside is clean, well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. (I think there are more of them than rooms). Would happily stay here again.

The reception and dining area are exceptionally good. The breakfast was first class. Compliments to the chef. The rooms are a good average - clean and tidy. Location central to key attractions. Ticks plenty of boxes.

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The location is excellent and convenient for local sightseeing and shopping. The check in/out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and the team helped to make our stay in Mumbai memorable. They upgraded our room, decorared it and even provided a cake! My stay was very comfortable with the staff being very attentive, Excellent hospitality and personal care, Staff are very good. Quality of food is highly hygienic from local restaurant. Location of hotel is just close to all shops and restaurant. Taxis and other transportation is easy available. I will surely recommend to my group. Really it was comfort trip for me. Good value for money
