"I had a lovely time at the Taj palace in Delhi. This was my first time at the Taj and the staff right from the reception to the house keeping to the guards by the front gate were all very friendly, kind and hospitable. My room was extremely comfortable and the house keeping took care to replenish toiletries, linen, water, etc on a daily basis. The breakfast buffet was lip smacking with a wide range of cold cuts, juices, pastries, breads and Indian breakfast dishes. I also ordered room service on one occasion and the food was simply delicious. I would like to commend the staff not just for their best behaviour but also for their patience. Many of my fellow Indian guests were very badly behaved especially when waiting in line for breakfast or even at elevators. But the staff dealt with them in a polite manner whilst holding their own. The one suggestion i do have is for receptionists to give first timers like me a map of the property so we know what amenities are available, including restaurants, spas, gardens, etc. All in all, I had a wonderful stay at the Taj and hope to be back very soon. "

"Stayed at the property for a day. Very luxuriously appointed. Pros : -As a solo traveller, the single bed was sufficient. -Toilet facilities were clean and fresh. -Complimentary breakfast buffet was excellent. -Bar facility available on premise. -Elevator and stairs available. -TV was working!😁 Cons : -Even with the AC off, the room was very cold. -There was a constant squeaking noise. To smoke, you need to step out of the Airport, and the hotel provides an outpass that needs to be validated with the security. Having said that, it was a really good stay experience for me!"
